How I can help you:
Create products + services based on your genius: Design a business model + products, services, and offerings based on your idea and unique genius.
Design your business model: I can help you determine what you can offer and sell, how you’ll market and brand yourself, who your target market is, and how you’ll reach them.
Devise a launch strategy: Together, we can go from a daydream in a journal to a 90-day launch plan with hand-holding every step of the way.
Create a 90-day implementation plan: Checklists and bite-sized to-do’s each month so you’re on track.
Build a bespoke marketing + sales strategy: How will you get customers? How will you get paid clients? I’ll build you a bespoke marketing strategy and ensure your branding is on-point so that you’ve got a website and sales pages you’re proud of.
Write clear copy + strategically position your brand in the marketplace: I’ll make sure you are accurately depicting your work in a clear, articulate way that makes people want to hire you and positions you like the expert you are. We can take your past experience and make it relevant to the work you’re doing now.
Advise on backend set up: website, legal, accounting, bookkeeping: I’ll help you get it all set up and help you find the right bookkeepers, accountants, and lawyers to make it overwhelm-free.
